Main achievements:

- design of the instruments for the "Moonwatch" satellite tracking team at Glasgow University Observatory;

- creation of the Technical Section of the Scottish branch of the British Interplanetary Society;

- construction of a radio satellite tracking station;

- launch of "Spacereport", the magazine of ASTRA (Association in Scotland to Research into Astronautics), and consistent contributions to it.
